Brainspotting can provide clients with a sense of autonomy by allowing them to process how they need to in ways that work for them. Brainspotting can be helpful for individuals who feel discouraged after trying other treatment modalities, individuals who feel stuck or experience roadblocks in their healing and individuals who feel like there is more to unpack or uncover yet struggle with identification."
